We have a single family home available for rent located on the West Side of Aurora, Illinois. It is a three bedroom, two bath, home with a large living room and basement. It has newly refinished hardwood floors in the main living area and ceiling fans in the front room, kitchen, and living room. The stove and fridge are about 2 years old.

It has a two car garage and a washer and dryer in the basement.

Rent is $1,250 a month. A security deposit of $1,250 is required. You pay all utilities. Some pets are OK.
